Professional artist Bruce Mortimer has enjoyed a long relationship with landscape, art and photography,
and since 1995 has dedicated much of his life to communicating the grandeur of the earth's landscape using black and white and colour photography, oil, pastel and acrylic paintings . His contemporary and extensive use of the vertical panoramic format makes his work somewhat unique and
recognisable. His competence as an artist in traditional mediums is also very unusual amongst practicing fine art photographers, and borrows from his panoramic compositional skill and understanding of lighting.
Bruce Mortimer has traditionally sold originals and exclusive small edition panoramic prints, and his high quality soulful interpretations have found place in worldwide collections
of art and photography, including those of many company and stock exchange CEO's, the family listed as the second wealthiest in Africa, international sports players, corporate telecommunications companies, lawyers,
medical facilities and banks.
His specialisations extend beyond the art, and include select commercial applications of photography, and photographic tuition emphasising creativity and taking a unique view of the world.
